Transformation Project: Abstract
Is there more we can do to conserve water during the drought? The drought in Southern California has an obvious effect on all of us. We are encouraged to conserve water, and given ways to use less, but is there another way? The key may be to let average citizens collect their own water. An easy way to do this is to collect the water that falls on our roofs. The water could easily be filtered and stored in a tank, and if it isn’t potable, it can be used for irrigation.
